I was interested also...until I read it is to be hand washed. I don't hand wash anything that can go on delicate in the washer. But I'm still curious to read the feedback!

Haven't tried it but I do love the fusible and it's cheaper now than last time I bought it. Queen size $15.59. I love that site.

I wondered about this as well. I had hoped someone on the board has used it. Connecting Threads says it is for lightweight quilts. Great for summer up here in MN.

I thought about it too, South Texas gets a bit warm so the lightweight appealed to me. Then I saw the care instructions and I back up on my laundry as it is without adding complicated blankets to it.

I've bought Tuscany Silk batting for years. It's not new to me. I wash the quilt on delicate cycle and let air dry. Some quilts have been put in the dryer, other then crinkly nothing bad has happened.

Thanks onebyone - Very often washing instructions are extremely conservative. I know I use the wool batting, and just wash on gentle, and use the lowest drying temp settings with no problem so I was thinking that might be the case with this also. I'm going to give it a try. Crinkle is my preference anyway.
