All the ideas, which to choose? Well I will throw in my thought - how about a dark gray sashing, the use the red/black ideas for the borders? Just an idea... It will be very pretty regardless how you do it..

As far as border....if you could find wild pattern that has red, black and white in it that might be striking. As far as quilting...I would do each block individually, accenting whatever the pattern of that block is, something simple in sash and cornerstone and maybe just 2/3" vertical lines in border.....very modern type quilting to match the color, design of quilt.....JMHO...congrats on finishing the blocks!!!

I love your quilt sustraley! Congrats on finishing I didn't do the BOM but bought Leah Day's FMQ class from Craftsy. She quilts these blocks in this class. I was just watching a part of it. It's a great class and I already learned a lot different designs.
