There's a member of the board that lives in Hungary(I think), she has done at least 1 tutorial on trapunto, so I would suggest trying to find it, if not, then I would Goggle trapunto.

Just google trapunto, I have a great book on it by hari walner. Google her and you can probably find her books on amazon for a reasonable price. I have 2 of her books, one is on trapunto but I think she has 2 books on it.

It's called trupunto; not sure if that's spelled right. Google it to get ideas.

Looks more like grapes stuffed and then attached to the quilt. Make a circle, stitch around the edge, stuff and attach.
