Default Attaching Layers to Hand Quilt Frame - Info & Help Please

I just inherited a hand quilting frame from my Aunt but have no clue how to attach my layers to the frame and then make sure that there are no puckers or bunched up fabric so that I can quilt on a smooth tight surface. I have looked online for videos and tips but find some of the info confusing.

The frame is a 3 pole system made by Hinterberg that has cogs for each pole and can tilt to different angles for comfort while quilting or for storing.

If you are a hand quilter and have any special tips, info, or instructional web sites to share, I would greatly appreciate your advice. Thanks!

Hinterberg Design has a website, and they have directions available as a PDF file. I have a Hinterberg frame and these are the directions I use: http://hinterberg.com/Download/Hand%...ng%20quilt.pdf

Enjoy!
