I'm looking for simple baby quilt patterns and nice bubble letter patterns for said quilt patterns.

My sisters baby shower is February 27th and I need to be able to finish this by then so that I may give it to her as a gift.

Any quilt can be a baby quilt if you make it small. I think bow tie blocks are fast and easy. They can be made any size you want and look pretty set with alternating blank blocks.
