Default Baptist Fan

Has anyone quilted the baptist fan design using a decorative stitch on your dsm? My blocks are large and I would space the lines app 2" apart.

I don't see why you couldn't. Just make sure to use a fairly open decorative stitch due to the quilting bulk.

I agree with Tartan. I think a Baptist fan with decorative stitching would be gorgeous, although I would certainly use more than 1 decorative stitch. I have used my decorative stitching in small and narrow spaces as part of my FMQ, and it's turned out very nice.
