    Finished wallhanging. Thanks for the advice, everyone. I went with a single strand of red for the binding.

    Love your quilt but then I love everything birdy! That's a panel in the middle, right? What a great array of birds it has on it. That small red border just sets it off so wonderfully picking up on the red in a lot of those birds.
