Welcome to the Quilting Board!

I stick mine in the dryer also. I have done this with several brands and never had any issues
Thanks ladies... I'm off to the dryer to see if this will work.. Thanks so much.... I can alway relay on you folks from here for help with my quilting problems..
If need be, you can also put a piece of white/cream fabric over it (like a cotton pressing cloth) and iron on low.
do you have a steam mop i just held mine over the batting and then let it lay and it came out nice you have to judge
but i didn't have hold it up too high
Hi, thank you Joset, I don't have a dryer but I do have a steam mop
Mine goes in the dryer also after I spray a little water around and about. Fixes the problem.

Asking a seamstress to mend is like asking Picasso to paint your garage.
Toss it in the dryer with a damp towel for about 10 - 15 minutes. it should be flat after that.
A quilt is like a good life. It's full of mistakes, but, in the end, it looks pretty good.
That's an impressive arrray of solutions to the problem you've all proposed.
I buy the Dream polyester king size from Hancock's of Paducah all the time and have never had a problem with it laying flat. Has fold marks, but smoothing it out takes care of them.

Good friends are like quilts - they age with you, yet never lose their warmth.
I don't usually buy packaged batting anymore but when I did I just put it in the dryer with a wet towel & it took care of most wrinkles. I don't have anything against packaged batting but I buy it by a 9 yard bolt now. I do buy Hobbs 80/20 from Connecting Threads though when they have a sale & that is packaged.
