The teddy bear that someone posted a picture of on QB had the sections all cut out of pieced material. It was not re-purposing an old worn out quilt. It was made from clothing that had been cut into squares and pieced together until it was big enough to cut an arm or leg or body piece from. This particular bear was sitting and has a protruding belly and the face did not have the usual oval shape that is so often seen on bear faces. I knew I should have bookmarked the page when I first saw it.
My daughter is a Baylor Bear, and I would love to make the first one for her!
