Is there a tutorial that tells all of the steps for making a quilt from start to finish?

I have 4 toppers finished, and am totally confused about putting them together. How do you make the backing straight, etc.

I just started quilting (piecing, haven't gotten to quilting) a couple months ago. I have a hard time with reading the instructions as I have no center vision. I can only see 3 letters at a time, therefore I rely mostly of videos.

I took a beginning quilting class, but we only got as far as the borders.

Thanks in advance,
Jan
