If there is anyone in MN or near MN that is looking for this machine, there is a used one at Just Sew Studio in St. Cloud, MN. Their wWebsite is www.justsewstudio.com

I was at the St. Cloud Quilt Show yesterday and they were a Vendor there and I got a flyer from them that listed pre-owned machines and that one is listed at $849. That is all I kn w about it. I don't know if it is the Bernina Aurora 440 QE and I don't know if it has the Bernina Stitch Regulator on it. I also received a 10% off coupon to be used towards any pre-owned machine so if anyone is interested in it, pm me and I will send you that coupon. It sounds like a good price to me--but I don't know any details about it or how old it is. I have a Bernina Aurora 440 QE and absolutely love it. Never plan to get anything different. And I know the price tag is high on the new ones.

Definitely sounds like a VERY GOOD DEAL on the machine provided it's in good working order.

I have a Bernina 440 QE and I paid a wholeeeee lot more then that for it. I took the plunge a few years ago because right before tax time Bernina ran a special where they waived taxes AND threw in your choice of the embroidery module or a Bernina Serger. I went for the embroidery module.

Love this machine too aborning!

Thanks for the post. I just bought a 440 last month and would get this as a second machine (for classes) if I had the cash available. Totally love, love, love it. Do post the next time you see a great deal like this. I plan to save so I'm ready with cash for such a great deal.

That's an amazing deal!!! How kind of you to help someone get it! They were $3100-3300 new. I bought mine used for $1900 (with the BSR and walking foot, but no embroidery unit). The BSR and walking foot were standard on the 440. But even if the machine they have doesn't include those, it's a great price. I would buy it as a back-up, but I already have a "few" machines.
