With the cost of fabric going higher and higher perhaps we need to start a list of places we find that has the most reasonable prices.
Make it like a National Directory of Fabric Prices

Friends stash. I had a friend clean out and I got the discards. Wonderful!

I have a friend who helps me too and she took home two bags of fabric the last time. That was well worth it too. I have to keep my self in check from now on. I am so busy taking care of everyone else, I let my things go till I am covered. I can't even walk in my sewing room without stepping over fabric. I am so glad no indoor pets.LOL. So I am not going to buy any fabric the rest of this year.....if I say it enough and don't go into a store with fabric, I might even make it, LOL
My suggestion is COnnecting threads and Ebay. I got Mark Lipinski fabric for 5.00 a yard last month. It's usually around 10.00.

From all the posts from Marsye, I don't think anyone beats the prices at Marshall's Dry Goods! I just wish I lived closer!
