My favorite shops are Wish Upon a Quilt and Cottonpatch.com. Both have nice selections and are very helpful. They both have excellent customer service and fast shipping too!
I like http://www.thousandsofbolts.com/ I have ordered from them several times and they ship extremely fast and have wonderful prices.
Whittles Fabrics is another good one.
