I never had Best Press spot anything, straight or watered down which I do most of the time, until I purchased a new gallon. This one spots all my dark fabrics, but if I steam the fabric good, the spots go away so I'm sure they will wash out. I think I'll let the manufacturers know this...possibly they adjusted their formula a little.
