best way to learn paper piecing

I paper pieced 121 different blocks for a civil war quilt. Juat finished a few weeks ago, turned out great, Now to quilt it is a different story. Spent so much time sure don't what to mess up now.

Scrap41 You are right about Bonnie Hunter's site. I went there after reading about it on this thread and I have picked out one I want to use as my first pp project. Thanks for explaining your use of the interfacing sounds a lot easier than the paper. I think I will give it a try.

Note: start with a unit/block that only has a few pieces( maybe 4 or 5) till you "get" the process , then move onto more complex units/blocks.... and cut your fabric larger than recommended when learning.
