I have this old toy sewing machine. It is green in a red case, and it says Betsy Ross on it. Do any of you have it, and if so, how do you thread it? I can't find it on the internet.

Ask Billy (lostn51) or Charlee- if anyone knows it would be them.

Doing a quick search I found this on the web, not sure if you might want to contact her?

"Answer
Hello Ed,
The only threading instructions I have for a toy machine is: The Betsy Ross. I also have a manual for the Kayanee machine.
I am happy to forward these to you if you think they might be of help to you. Please send me an email request to: [email protected] and put Betsy Ross and Kayanee in the subject.
Thanks.
Irene "

This person just found one at a yard sale, maybe they have the manual? You could try & send them a PM.

When we moved our mom and dad last year into an assisted living home one of the treasures we found cleaning out a closet was a Betsy Ross machine...I have to play with it one of these days and figure out how to thread it...hope it goes well, and if it does, I will post here what I figured out about it's threading...but also will be watching this thread in case anyone can post any definite info about threading this machine.
