I love this idea for a baby. I would either do a light meander or stitch in the ditch

Bind in orange and I love straight line quilting with chevrons. Stitch in the ditch but continue into the chevron. I'd love to see it when your done. This I so much more interesting than pink and blue. Good for you honoring her likes. It I aho run what ever you do.

What a fun quilt. I can see either following the straight lines or using simple curves. Do what you're comfortable with. I like binding in the Orange. The green would also work well. No help from here, huh?
