    A Blessings Quilt?

This is a spin-off from this thread -

    Help! I need Curses!

I did laugh at a lot of them - have had many of them "happen" to me already!!

I think it might also be fun to see/have a quilt or wall hanging with "blessings" written on them- there are some "blessings" on the other thread, too - but I would like this thread to be "only" blessings - - -

I think it might be a bit weird for a full-size quilt - but maybe a lap-size or wall-hanging? or on a pincushion, placemat, or mug rug?

Or as "fortune cookies" wrapped in fat quarters or fat eighths?

    For starters:

May your sewing machine never eat your fabric
May your bobbin thread never run out while sewing
May your machine never need major repairs
May you remember to clean and oil your machine so it can be happy, too

May your scissors always be sharp and never get rusty or nicked
May your rotary cutter always have sharp blades

    More, please?

This one works as a blessing and a curse:
May your stash be never ending.

May your seams always match up.
May your stash always have the perfect fabrics.
may your bias edges never stretch.
may your rotary blade always cut like new.
may your thread never break while sewing.
may your binding corners always have a perfect mitre.
may you thread your needle on the first try.

May you never break a needle.
May your tensions always be correct.
May your foot never get a cramp.
May you always have the correct color of thread for each project.

May your quilt police ALWAYS have laryngitis!
May your iron Never be hot enough to burn your fabric.
May your seam ripper always be in the correct position.

These are the ones that invaded my feeble brain today...
    Thanks for the blessings Bearisgray.

    Happy Quilting,

May you suffer from few of the 'curses' on the other thread in spite of their retrospective hilarity and non serious nature.
