border print help
i have been looking at this so long i think i am going insane.
where would you divide this print into useable pieces?
i think there's enough here to create frames for the 16" swoon blocks and use it as a border for the whole quilt, probably in concert with a second plain border or if there is enough, use the thicker band with the thinner band, spaced by a plain strip.
my problem right now is i can't "see" the strips. where would you divide and cut? and how many distinct usable ribbons of print do you see?
thanks!

3.25 yards. depending on how you judge a ribbon or useable piece, there are 4 or 5 repeats across the fabric.
those beige strips are .5, which suggests that they were designed as waste/seam allowance print.

I would use the beige strips for cutting the designs apart. I think it would be lovely as a wide border on the edge of the quilt. If you miter the corners and match the design, it will be very pretty.
