How big do you want the quilt? I think that if the current size is OK then you do not need border. Maybe a dark blue binding and that should "end the quilt". If you want bigger quilt then I would keep adding blocks until I got the size I need and then just add binding. I think any border would distract from the center.

I agree wwith bigsister63 about the size. What size do you want? This quilt doesn't have a focal point. Putting a border on it may make it look like you planned the border and forgot the center. I think, add more squares to get the size you want. Quilt & bind.
