Default Bounce Starch Alternative

I have read over a period of time how many of you use Bounce Starch Alternative as it is so much cheaper than Best Press. I have hunted high and low in several stores and have been unable to find it. Has anyone seen it lately?

When I was at my local Meijer store last week, there were a few bottles of it on their clearance shelf -- whatever that may mean. (Meijer is like a Super Target).

I haven't sen any either. All I use is a dry iron. If anything else is needed I use a spray bottle with plain water.

I haven't seen it lately. I tried it when it first came out, but after the second use the fragrance - which is strong by any measure - gave me an asthma attack.

I can't use it due to asthma but I found mine in the laundry aisle at my Walmart. It is called Bounce ironing spray and I will post a picture of what it looks like.

I use the Bounce spray. Meijer has it on their shelves near the fabric fresheners such as Febreeze instead of next to the spray starch. I told my other half who works in management at Meijer that it was a stupid place to stock it. The only response I got was a shoulder shrug. So you might try the same areas at other stores.

FYI - LOVE the Bounce spray for quilting and everyday ironing too. I'm trying to use up my Best press supply but I keep reaching for the Bounce spray

I use spray sizing when I need to. It is not as stiff as starch but gives the fabric quite a bit of extra body.

I have similar problems. Why on earth does everything have to have fragrance added to it?

I bought some 'unscented' Dove body wash. Guess what? It lists 'fragrance' as one of the ingredients! It's near the bottom of the list, but it's in there! The Equate store brand equivalent is the same way - unscented on the label, fragrance in the ingredients.

I love the way the fabric handles when using the Bounce Spray. I just wish they would tone down the scent a little. It's pretty strong.
