I'm about to give on to my MIL and would like to know if anyone has washed these. I'm assuming spot cleaning is the way to go but just checking!

Thanks!

when I make bags i use OIlcloth as a liner that way the inside is wipeable. I am sure that if you used cotton it may shrink in a wash, unless they wash it in cold water and dont dry it? Perhaps you need to preshrink your fabric?

I haven't washed one after it was all put together yet but I would pre-wash the cotton fabric and then follow the instructions on the fusible fleece when washing the tote. It says: Fleece can be machine washed warm and dried on medium setting, or dry cleaned. Hand washing should be okay as well.

I would hand wash if I wash at all.

I have washed the 2 I have made in the machine with cold water. I throw it in the dryer for a little bit then take out and I form the bag and let it air dry the rest of the way. When it's dry I do iron the ties flat because they seem to curl. Haven't had a problem yet.

I wash all mine no matter what pattern I use. Machine cold, dry low till almost dry. Shape and let finish drying. Dingle is soooo cute!!

I have made many bags, but not bow tuck. My bags are made of all cotton and fleece and even some decor bond in them. I wash them all the time. I make them to sell but I have several of my own. I do wash them but I do not put them in the dryer but air dry them. They come out fine!
