Welcome to the Quilting Board!

Monkeys are really popular right now. I just made a monkey quilt, delivered to the shop today and that was the first one they grabbed. I did mine in brown, orange and green, but would work with any color. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-142204-1.htm
My grandson was Winnie the Pooh, same colors. My nephew's son was safari. His quilt was bright colors but I focused on the monkeys, they must be popular now.
Thanks for the info.
Owls are popular right now
I used flannel with turtles, bugs and frogs for a baby boy quilt. Mom and Dad were thrilled with the "all boy" look.
I love nautical thing like sail boats, anchors whales anything ocean related
DD is expecting her first little boy soon. Her choice was soft blues and greens in an undersea motif. Sooo cute!
Baby animals are always a nice choice.
Trucks for one son and boats for my other son. scrappy tumbling blocks with their colors would be great if you make them a quilt. You could incorporate their colors and they could do whatever they wanted for the theme.
