Have you ever looked up from a project and realized most of the day is gone and you haven't even had breakfast yet?

I'm working on a doll quilt... and it's almost done, which means there are 3 things left to do, which realistically could take up to two more hours. But it's so hard to stop and take a break! So here I am anyway, eating a microwave quesadilla and some oreos (great nutrition, huh? Can you tell I'm going for speed?) so I can get back to work energized.

All the time. I usually forget about lunch though.

I'm like that all the time. Before I realize it, I haven't even had breakfast and it's time to start dinner. Too late for that too, it's a good thing that I have an understanding DH. He doesn't care if I cook or not!!

I do the same thing. Post a pic of your quilt when you are done.

Girl Scout cookies and iced tea. A bologna sandwich, with NOTHING but the bread and bologna. Must get back to the sewing room as soon as possible. Yes, I understand.

Yep! It happens to me all the time. I usually walk out of my sewing room to see my 4 year old still in pj's and a DH that doesn't look very happy with me. I usually don't care though after having spent so much time in my small sanctuary. :P
