Default Broken Crayon Quilt pattern

My future daughter- n-law loves a quilt I made out of homespun years ago. The pattern is called broken crayons and was made in a class. My finished block size is 9 1/4 inches by 5 1/2. I remember stacking fabrics that were cut into a rectangles and then cutting the rectangle block into 3 different angles. I cannot remember how to re-stack the fabrics for sewing so the block has 3 different fabrics in 3 different angles in each block. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Thanks for any suggestions. Dawn

I found the original pattern at the Quilting Passions WEB PAGE and it is attributed to West ... Broken Crayons Quilt (two parts) so you need to open both.
