I'd play a lot with concentric strip squares layouts, and use the black squares for some show-off quilting in a variegated or multicolor thread, or maybe a simply applique with echo quilting in the variegated/multicolor thread.

You can also think of these blocks as Log Cabin blocks (black is the dark side) and use any log cabin setting

I think you are going to have a great time playing with them & will come up with a gorgeous quilt
WOW - great looking blocks - love the black you added to the blocks - really makes your colors pop.
