I have 35 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 squares from an exchange I was once in. Any ideas for an Ispy type pattern? I have looked and looked, and not finding anything I can really understand. I am a beginner, so be easy.

Thanks!

A snowball block between each of the ispy blocks would work.
That is a very easy beginner block.
What size would you want the finished quilt?
With 36 6 1/2 inch squares you would have 36x36 inches.

You could also do a "search" and look at some of the pictures of I Spy quilts that have been made for ideas.

You can do a simple patchwork. Add extra squares for "fillers"; tonals are perfect. I make most of my I Spy quilts as raggy ones. Of course, I do every square I Spy. Check out the ads; there are always someone who will trade or sell I Spy squares.
