Hi there ladies and gents.

I'm going to be spending the weekend in the SF Bay area. Are there any quilt shops that you'd suggest I visit.

I have an addiction to batiks and Japanese prints, so New Pieces Quilt Store in Berkeley is on the list.

Any others I should see?

If you are near the South Bay, check out Eddies Quilting Bee. I think they have a lot of Asian prints and a lot of fabric in general but I've only been to a few LQS so far :)

The Granery, and Carolea's comes to mind, but I haven't been to either in years.

Stone Mountain and Daughter in Berkeley has a wide selection of quilt fabrics and other types plus lots of notions. Bring parking money. There's a Beverly's Fabrics in Concord on Clayton Rd. Have fun in the SF area. The weather should be very nice and the wildflowers are in bloom!

New Pieces in Berkeley on Gilman. Just a few blocks east of Interstate 80 by Golden Gate Fields.
