Darling Red Work pattern! Are you sure it was hand embroidered? There are embroidery machines that do Red Work now that is so good it us hard to tell they were done by machine. She might try looking for machine embroidery designs under Easter Parade. Of course the title may be something the quilter called it and not the original design name.
Still looking but so far nothing!

Beautiful quilt
What Tartan says may be true. Did a Google search:

Lots of patterns out there. Good Luck.
A Good Friend, like an old quilt, is both a Treasure and a Comfort
Definitely hand embroidered. Saw it at "airing of the Quilts " in Tunkhannock , PA last fall
Don't limit yourself to "Red Work" only, when looking at embroider patterns. I've turned embroidered patterns into what ever I wanted them to be. You might also check out "Red Hat" patterns. Good luck
my friend thinks it's loralie but I think she does machine embroidery...
Susanna
I looked on the internet and I also looked at Loralie designs and could not find anything that resembles the embroidery that's on the quilt I even contacted or tried to contact quilt shops in Pennsylvania since they sponsored the airing of quilts. I also researched red hat lady designs and there was nothing there either both in hand embroidery and machine embroidery. some of the hats resemble those that are in the Red Hat lady designs machine embroidery but the little girls I cannot find anywhere please keep looking and posting ladies perhaps we can find this design thank you.
