doowopddbop....i love your little felted wool balls!...lol..they call me the pincushion queen also....i make dozens of them and give them to my quilt groups at Christmas. {and i have a big collection...i just love them} I made velvet strawberries for one group and green tomatoes for my group in Julliette, GA last year.

love them all. the t pot and the slice of cake are my favorites. No, the more pincushions the better.

dressmakergurl....have you seen the free dressform pincushion pattern on the DIY network? I have made a bunch of them, they are not too hard.

I made 41 pumpkin pincushions to sell this weekend at a small craft fair.

Thanks for posting. I like pin cushions and like to sometimes give them as gifts. I am currently making a hat pincushion. Thanks for the owl. My college grand daughters are into owls. Maybe a stocking stuffer for them at Christmas.
I find even non sewers like a pincushion gift.

Mahalo to each and every one of you who posted photos, ideas, and/or links.

I love pincushions and, NO, you can't have too many.

For those with CATS who perceive toy sized pincushions as an invitation to steal and play with them, keep your collection inside a large clear glass jar with a lid.
