Where is the best place to buy cards for quilted Christmas cards? I'm talking about the ones that have a small or larger window cut-out in them where you can add a pieced block. I'm assuming glue it in, but I don't know for sure.

Do any of the bigger chains like Michael's have them so I wouldn't have to pay shipping?
