I took a class on this binding last month and know my memory is gone. It says to cut my strips then mitre them together. This is what I forgot how to do. I know I am to flip and cut them at an angle. Can someone please help this lost memory?

lay strips at a 45' angle. Sew diagonally across and open out. Be sure to try to make sure you sew at right angle before sewing. When you have it correct, sew and trim seam. Good Luck

Lay your strips in an "L" shape. Draw a diagonal line as shown in green in my pic, then cut your excess off. Press seam open then press your strip in half.
Hope this helps
