    Smile Cheryl Phillips attic window ruler

    has anyone used this ruler.Saw the video and seems so easy(don't they all)I have watched lots of videos and wonder which way you smart ladies do yours.

    I do mine with a square and strips on two sides, then miter(traditional way I guess). I've seen the video, looks easy but I think the layers you end up with would make quilting difficult.

    i do it the same as bakermom... i don't find doing the mitering that difficult.

    I've seen them done with half sq triangles in the corner,
    put off till tomorrow what you can do today, and if you procrastinate long enough, you may never have to do it.

    Which is the way I plan on doing mine. I think it will be easier, plus that's one more special ruler that I avoid buying
