Default Christmas came early and will come again ......

This past week I had a friend come over to visit. As she came in she told her daughter to bring it all in. Ok by then I was wondering what the heck????? She held the door while her daughter brought in 7 large boxes of fabric. YIPPIE!!!!!! I almost fainted. When she left she said to just wail til the next visit. She has 11 more boxes to bring. Can you believe it? I have never been to her house as I don't drive well anymore. But she said she has 4 storage buildings full of nothing but fabric and she needs to clean out. I was so shocked that I forgot to take pictures. BUt next time I will not fail. hehehhehee

Seven toteboxes?! And eleven more to come?!!? Wow.

Congrats on your score, and on having such a generous friend. I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures!

I sometimes wish we could radio tag some of the fabric in our stashes, and then follow it around as it gets traded from one person to the next. Maybe we could get a grant and get David Attenborough to do a TV special on "fabric migrations" through the generations...
