    CHRISTmas star

Anyone have suggestions on how I can go about making a block (size doesn't matter) so I'll take whatever you have ideas on, for The CHRISTmas Star? I've tried googling it & didn't fond what I was looking for. This is not the same as David's Star. I'll take paper piecing or reg piecing ideas.

    Thank you for the help.

Could you describe the star? I have 3 Christmas Stars in EQ. One is a wonky 5 point, one is similar to a very small braid with 8 points and the other is a cross in the center with HST's extending out. The last is a very typical type quilting block.

Did you find it online and just don't know how to make it? Could we have a website to go look at it?

You might be able to adapt a mariners compass star.

Do you mean the Methodist Christmas star? Has the long point at the bottom. Google it. Lots to see.

Or search using star of bethlehem as the name.
I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.

My apologies it's called the Star of Bethlehem. With the long center point like what is typically shown over the manger scene.

Try a search for Nativity Star. You may need to look at clipart, as well. Sometimes you can take apart clipart and just add seam allowance.
