I am going to start some stockings in the next day or two. I will be using the strip method. When you make these do you like to make the back the same way or do you just strip piece the front? Just wondering how everyone else likes to make theirs.

i've done them both ways, depends on how much time you have and how many you need to make.

I would strip piece the front, but use a nice coordinating fabric on the back.

Strip piece front and use single fabric back if you are sure which direction they will be hung. It might look odd if one got the strips on the opposite side!
