If you like to do paper piecing, take a look at Judy Neimeyer's patterns at Quiltworx.com. She has two different tree skirt patterns. I made several of the one that is called Twisted Star Tree Skirt. They came out very nice. I'd post a picture, but I don't have one!

I used several 12 inch squares of red, white and green fabrics. Some were Christmas designs. I did the stack and whack method cutting each 5 times. It turned out to be a crazy quilt. I rounded out the corners making it octagonal.
