Has anyone every used the Kids Story Books that are cloth? I was thinking of going to a book store or outlet and see if I could find them and use the cloth pages as the theme for a baby quilt. Not sure how expensive the cloth would be.

They make them in panels to be sewn, I would try finding a panel to use. I have seen them and they are really cute.

I made my granddaughter a quilt using the cloth book as squares. Here is a link to the pictures:

I have bought the panels and made them into quilts as well as books. They are fun to use. Can't find a picture after it was quilted.

I can't wait to finish some of my UFO's because I bought The Pokey Little Puppy panel to make a quilt. They are so cute.

I was at a book store last week and they were closing out the cloth book kits for $1.20. Needless to say I bought all of them. Not too many were left but I have enough little people to give them to!

Maybe for a wall hanging, but I wonder how long they would hold up in a quilt? :D:D:D

I was gifted three different cloth panels that I intend to make up into quilts. The fabrics feel pretty good.

I have made several of these little books, but haven't made one into a quilt. It's nice to see other people's ideas!

I have a panel that is designed to make a cloth book for babies. I don't have a use for it at this time.

Let me know if you would like to buy this. It is Debbie Mumm from JoAnn's , a little more than a yard, unwashed, $4 plus shipping.
