Love your color choices, I agree with ube quilting, a darker green and a darker lavendar. I really think black would overwhelm and change the feeling of your current colors.

Love it! I was just about to comment "if you want it soft, go with purple, green and white. If dramatic, black.' I'm glad you went with soft. It's gorgeous!

I love the fabrics you've chosen, but perhaps a little splash of yellow or orange would make you love it more! :-)

I think these are lovely choices and agree that darker shades are needed. Also when making POTC I think geometrics add interest and motion.

This is just lovely. Where did you end up getting your templates from? I am considering doing this as well but am overwhelmed with the options of where to best find the supplies.
