    Also googled the pattern. It's lovely and reading about Lucy Boston was interesting. I enjoy English paper piecing and hope you will too. I'd stick to these two color families using the fabrics you showed us but I'd add white as the outer border of each block. Look forward to seeing it finished!

    Love your color choices, I agree with ube quilting, a darker green and a darker lavendar. I really think black would overwhelm and change the feeling of your current colors.

    Love it! I was just about to comment "if you want it soft, go with purple, green and white. If dramatic, black.' I'm glad you went with soft. It's gorgeous!

    I love the fabrics you've chosen, but perhaps a little splash of yellow or orange would make you love it more! :-)

    This is just lovely. Where did you end up getting your templates from? I am considering doing this as well but am overwhelmed with the options of where to best find the supplies.
