Welcome to the Quilting Board!

OK...called the comic book store and the poor guy got flustered on the phone with me. Guess they don't get many girls calling up there. LOL! I will run by and pick up a pack of 100 and see how the do! Thank you for the information!!!![]()
when I did it I bought 700 and used them. It's a great way to display your fabric and be able to see what you have.
They come in a couple of different sizes, too, which is kind of nice. I haven't used up my 1 st 200 boards, but if I could get the energy it's so nice to see the fabric all neat and visible.
The Dollar Tree has large foam core boards that can be cut to the right size and they're only $1 each. They're the same size as a large poster board so they'll make quite a few of the smaller boards. They aren't any thicker than the ones shown in the video.
If no one ever experimented we'd all still be making 4 patches.
My comic book store sells packs of 50 regular size for $3.99, there is a larger one for $5.99 for 50.
All my fabric, except for the bolts, is on boards and I love it. Can see what I have at a glance and can get the one I want without a struggle.

Sounds like a great idea. Guess I'll have to see if I can find a comic book store around here!!
Love this idea....almost finished with my stash. For longer yds consider by 8 1/2 by 11 foam boards from ULine. They are stronger and help braced the other smaller units. Really really makes orderly stash. Whoever came up with idea deserves a great pat on the back!
My LQS gives me about 20 empty cardboard bolts. I cut them in half, usually, and work with that. And, they are free. Ask.. it doesn't hurt!
