I have ordered fabric from Connecting threads and am very happy with their fabric. My question is I have never ordered Batiks from them, as I have never used batiks. I am thinking of doing something small to see if I like it. Would love to hear from those of you who have used batiks and if you were happy with Connecting Threads batiks...thank you so much...Evelyn

I LOVE their batiks. The quality is as good as the major brands....and I actually like them better because they don't ever feel "waxy" which other brands sometimes do.

I like their color selection and their price cannot be beat! I have ordered a lot of fabrics from CT, and love it all.

How do the colors hold up when washed? I have bought some inexpensive batiks and the color faded when washed.

Not happy with them, they're very thin. I'll use them, but won't buy them again.

I bought some on a lark when they were on clearance. It was a dark navy. I used it as a background to a paper pieced project and it has held up beautifully. No fading, no color running/bleeding, and very minimal shrinkage. I will definitely be purchasing more.

I love them! I have ordered them several times...they are thin, but haven't had any trouble with them. They are soft, and hold up well so far..
