Looking for the original " Dutch Doll Girl and Boy " pattern,,,

This quilt has a 20" square. It is one that my son-in-law obtained from his mother who bought it at a garage sale. Denim was used for the overalls (wide at the hip) and hat with the turned up edges.Girl's bonnet also had the turned up edges also with a very wide skirt hem (almost like a tent). I have restored this quilt for my grandson, who fell in love with it, twice and it is to the point where there is no more restoring to be done as he sleeps with it and drags it everywhere he goes !

All I have found are embroidered... one here looks like it is a combination of applique and embroidery for a dutch girl
