    Default Connecting Threads

Can anyone give feedback on the thread from Connecting Threads? The price for regular cotton thread seems too good to be true. 1200 yards for 2.79?? Thanks!

I like it, some people find it linty, but I don't see much difference between it and other 50wt cottons. I also like their poly essential pro for quilting. You just missed their annual thread sale, I think it was under $2.
Do a search on this board as this is a frequent query.

I use their thread all the time. I find it is the best other than Aurifil.

I have to clean out my bobbin area more often with it and I have had problems with it shredding (had to use a bigger needle). One spool I had would shred no matter what size needle I used. I'm using up what I bought but probably won't buy it anymore.

CT is the only thread we use for piecing and quilting. I clean a lot of lint out of my machine at each bobbin change, but I don't know if it is any more than any other brand of thread. We love the thread, the price, and the variety of colors.
