Considering plastic surgery procedure..... implant one seam ripper to right index finger, retractable of course.

Great personal safety item also. When my kids were babies I wished diaper cream could sqirt from my wrist à la Spiderman.

Let me know who your surgeon is and I would like timble that would stay on my finger but when I have to leave to get something or do something it retracts; then I wouldn't lay it down and lose it all the time. lol
