I have made them for pillowcases I sewed! Instead of the 2-2.5 trim between the main piece of pillowcase and the cuff.

Accuquilt makes dies available in several Prairie Point sizes, at least for the Studio, not sure about GO! but if you have a die cutter, you might check those out too as a quick option.
