Connecting Threads has fat quarter bundles of their lines. I love them and fat quarters are no more expensive than buying yardage from them.

Hancocks of Paducah has sets of co-ordinating FQs for most of the lines they carry. I just did a quick "flick-through" of the catalogue and the FQ;s come in sets of anywhere from 12 different fabrics of a collection to sets of 44.

Add Fatquartershop.com to the above should give you a good choice of fabrics and prices. I love CT and Hancock's of Paducah as well as fatquartershop.
