Hello, I received "my" answer. I contacted Elizabeth's Studio and the answer was "Yes, as long as I do not plan on mass distribution" - so I will go ahead and make up a few items and see what happens. Of course before I make anything to sell, the first thing I need to do is get my purses made for my sisters. :-D

How cool that you went through the effort to make sure you are legit. I hope you and your sisters enjoy whatever you make!

I am glad you found out this information for us I know on some of my embroidery designs you can make 25 items for resale but are not allowed to sell to stores or on internet. All this gets very confusing.

The information I posted was for my use only - I believe anyone else will need to obtain their own information as I am sure that it does not apply to everyone.
