Default Mystery Quilt block

Can anyone identify this quilt pattern? My sister found it at a barn sale in Maryland many years ago...we would love to have more information on its provenance. Thank you.

I'm too dumb to figure out exactly where the block begins & ends. I'm so sorry. It's a beautiful quilt, tho!

It's a variation on a kaleidoscope block. I wasn't able to find the name; maybe someone else will come along who can. I did draw it in EQ. The PDF is the block with rotary cutting plans.

It's a variation of Key West Star. Source: 1000 Great Quilt Blocks by Maggi McCormick Gordon.

I dunno but it sure is an interesting block. Makes a beautiful quilt. When you find out what the name of the block is, let us all know!
