Crayon border?
I bought this Timeless Treasure fabric thinking it would work for my border. I tried the pencil crayons lengthwise and it was too busy. If I use the pencil crayon sideways (picture) then it is not wide enough (45) to go all across the top if I add the side borders. I could add cornerstones but that does not appeal to me.
OR use the pencil crayon fabic across just the top and bottom and then the black binding?
OR no added borders, quilt and bind with black?
What do you all think?

I hope my english is good enough...
I would use the crayon fabric for the back, if there is not enough fabric you can mix it with the red fabric, also the back with stripes in red and the crayon fabric. The binding only in black.

i agree with karina. but if you like the crayon fabric border, i'd cut it so all sides are perpendicular to the center. it's looking really good!
