I am in between projects and am going a little stir crazy. So, I made this today for my sister's birthday May 1. I did a little embellishment to see how a crazy quilt will look as I have plans (somewhere in the future) to start one.

I hope she likes it , the mug and the porcelain spoon. I'll also put some tea bags and instant coffee packs in the little pocket.

Such a lovely cup and quilt; I think the quilt should have a "higher class" name than "rug"! The mug and the rug seem made for each other.

I am a cup collector and LOVE the cup and matching spoon. The name "rug" should be some other terminology because it is too pretty to be called a rug. Goes perfectly with the cup.

Don't be too upset if she does not use it. If someone sent me something that pretty, I would display it in my china cabinet! I probably would not let anyone touch it!

You did a really great job of matching the mug rug to the cup!
